Please note that when you make a booking through our website (www.londonticketsexpress.com) you are required to explicitly agree to our terms and conditions. Therefore before you proceed to place an order please ensure that you first read the terms and conditions below very carefully. If you are unable to agree with our terms and conditions then you must not place any orders with us as by placing an order you are making a decision to agree unconditionally to our terms and conditions and to be bound by them.

1. The Contract
   
   All sales are FINAL: no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are issued after you have purchased your tickets. Londonticketsexpress.com is not responsible for such changes as event date, event time, venue change or weather conditions. Londonticketsexpress.com is not responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. NO DUPLICATES can be issued under any circumstances. In the event that we are unable to obtain the tickets booked on your behalf, we reserve the right to issue you with a voucher equal in value to your contract with us which you may then use in future to purchase other tickets. Please be aware that in the case of UK customers the right to withdraw (or cooling off period) does not apply to the sale of tickets; therefore we are categorical that no cancellations are accepted whatsoever. We reserve the right to upgrade you without notice or downgrade you with a partial refund or cancel your booking completely with a full refund. Tickets might be delivered as late as on the day of the event and absolutely no refunds will be applied if you are unable to pick up your tickets on the day of the event.
   
2. Price
   
   2.1 Currency: All prices quoted are quoted in English Pounds. Payment however might be taken in English Pounds, Hungarian Forints or Euros. The total amount to be charged is clearly indicated in both Hungarian and British currencies during the booking process. There may be a slight difference between the advertised price and the actual amount charged due to fluctuating exchange rates on the date of charge. This difference is practically a few pence/cents and whenever is deemed to be negligible it will be ignored. If you believe that you have been charged a substantially higher amount due to the fluctuations of the exchange rates on that particular day then please contact us and we will action an immediate refund of the difference. Please note that certain card issuers might charge a nominal fee (e.g. £1) for international transactions for which we are not liable at all. The billing name on your credit card statement will appear as “London Tickets Express” or “www.londonticketsexpress.com” or “Tickets”.
   
   2.2 Face Value: The prices printed on the tickets are called “Face Values”. The Face Values (FV) are clearly indicated at the top of each event page on our website. Our prices are usually significantly higher than the FV reflecting the fluctuating costs of obtaining those particular seats which is solely dependent on Keynesian Supply & Demand market forces. For example sold out events or VIP seat locations are much more likely to attract a premium pricing structure as opposed to “economy seats” for which a simple booking fee might apply only. Please note that Keynesian Supply & Demand Theory states that prices might go up as well as down.
   
   2.3 Transaction Service Fee (TSF): A non negotiable TSF of 20% is automatically applied to all bookings. This is always included in the total amount to be charged which is clearly indicated in both Hungarian and British currencies during the booking process.
   
3. Payment & Refunds Policy
   
   3.1 The full price of the booking must be paid immediately upon acceptance of the booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances as described above in Section 1 'The Contract'. Please note that on certain occasions (e.g. if you time out or when it is extremely busy) the amount charged might only be equal to the postage excluding the actual ticket price in which case it is your responsibility to contact us and pay the full amount in order to secure your tickets. If the full price of the tickets is not paid then your tickets can not be guaranteed.
   
   3.2 If an event is cancelled completely for reasons beyond our control then LondonTicketsExpress.com is only liable for the Face Value of the tickets therefore only the Face Value will be refunded. If an event is postponed or rescheduled then the same tickets will be valid for the new date and no refunds will be applied at all. In a ground breaking move amongst standard practices of Independent Ticket Agencies, LondonTicketsExpress.com has also decided to offer its customers the option of a credit voucher of the full amount paid which can be used towards any other event at all with no expiry date.
   
   3.3 If the unfortunate predicament of a refund arises please allow up to 28 days before the money is credited back to your account. Please note that we can only reverse the transaction back to the same card which was used at the time of booking. This is an automated process and you need not supply your card details again. It is a fact of banking procedure that even after the money has been refunded from us back on your card it may take a further 3-5 working days before your card issuer actually displays the refund on your card statement (it will be included in your “pending balance” in the meantime).
   
4. Alterations to advertised packages
   
   4.1 All advertised packages are subject to availability.
   
   4.2 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed either before or after confirmation of the booking. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking, LondonTicketsExpress accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, LondonTicketsExpress agrees to use reasonable endeavors (such reasonable endeavors to be strictly subject to the organisers/promoters of events and/or other third parties making alternative packages available and further subjects to LondonTicketsExpress right to change the price applicable ) to provide a reasonable alternative package and the client agrees to accept such reasonable alternative package.
   
   4.3 LondonTicketsExpress have the right to change the price applicable to a booking (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted
   
5. Liability of LondonTicketsExpress
   
   5.1 The client hereby acknowledges that LondonTicketsExpress acts as agent of the client in arranging the booking and that LondonTicketsExpress will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party.
   
   5.2 In any event LondonTicketsExpress shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or it's guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client's guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
   
   5.3 LondonTicketsExpress will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
   
6. Weather / Post / Trasport
   
   6.1 Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of LondonTicketsExpress and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss or enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by LondonTicketsExpress.
   
   6.2 LondonTicketsExpress will not be held responsible for industrial action taken by Royal Mail or any other delivery or courier company which may result in the delay of delivery or loss of tickets.
   
   6.3 LondonTicketsExpress shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellation or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of state, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of LondonTicketsExpress.
   
7. Law and Construction
   
   The website londonticketsexpress.com is now owned and operated by a Hungarian sole trader business. The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by Hungarian courts and LondonTicketsExpress and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
