FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I collect my tickets from your offices instead of them being posted to me ?
LondonTicketsExpress.com is a mail order service. Tickets will be sent to you via Special Delivery Royal Mail. This service provides proof of posting and guarantees your tickets will arrive with you.

2. Your website states we will receive the tickets anytime up to and including the day of the booked event/concert, can I get them earlier ?
As ticket brokers we usually get the tickets physically in hand approximately 1 week prior to the event. If we get the tickets earlier we will ofcourse send them out to you earlier. We do however reserve the right to provide you with the tickets at the event venue on the day of the event

3. Can I pay in cash ?
Payments can only be made by credit or debit card. We do not accept payments by cheque or cash.

4. Where can I have the tickets delivered to ?
Tickets must be sent out to the registered card holders address.

5. I understand my tickets will require a signature from the postman, if I'm not at my address when the tickets are delivered, what shall I do ?
The post service will leave a calling card explaining they tried to deliver the tickets to you. You should go to the post office stated on the calling card and sign for them there at your earliest convenience.

6. I have purchased tickets and recieved a confirmation number, are these tickets guaranteed to me ?
Once your booking has been processed, a security check will follow. Providing we have all your correct payment and billing address details you should expect to receive the tickets anytime up to and including the day of the booked event/concert. However, in the unlikely event that we are let down by our various suppliers we would notify you with sufficient time to purchase the tickets elsewhere. A full refund will then be issued to you. This does not happen often but is possible due to the very nature of the usually 'officially sold out events' we sell.

7. I have purchased tickets with you but would like to cancel, how do I do this ?
London Tickets Express operates a very strict non-negotiable NO CANCELLATIONS policy as per our explicit terms and conditions agreed at the time of booking.

8. I need to know the exact seat and row number of my tickets, is that possible ?
Due to the very nature of selling 'sold out tickets' we are unable to provide you with these details. At time of booking you will have the option which type of area you would prefer to be seated or standing. We will do our very best to keep you within your specified area otherwise we will issue you with the next available area.

9. I am still awaiting a refund, what should I do ?
If your refund has not arrived with you within 28 days after the refund was agreed please email info@LondonTicketsExpress.com with your name, address and transaction reference number. Your email will usually be answered within 24 hours (Monday-Fridays only)

10. I have recieved my tickets but the price on the ticket is different to the price I paid ?
LondonTicketsExpress.com are ticket brokers. We obtain tickets on your behalf for usually sold out events. The prices we charge reflect the difficulty in obtaining these tickets. As an example if you had 2 tickets for you and your loved one to go and see a Robbie Williams concert and they cost you 50 Euros each and we called you and said "we have a client who wants to go and see Robbie Williams, would you sell your tickets for 50 Euros each ?". You would probably say NO WAY ! But if we called you and offered you 100 Euros each, you may start to think about selling them to us. The more you offer for a ticket the more likely likely you are to obtain the 'officially sold out' ticket you want.
