CONTACT US GUIDELINES:

  1. We are a Hungarian based Sole Trader business with a Pan-European customer base and Ticket Distribution Centres in more than 12 European capitals. We are proud to be the largest independent ticket agency in Europe both in real sales terms and actual tickets distributed across Europe.
  2. The Head Office Telephone Number is not a customer services helpline nor a credit card hotline. Our Head Office is open Monday to Friday, between 12:00 and 4:00 local time. Please allow up to 7 days for voicemail messages to be dealt with.
  3. Each consultant from a country that an event is taking place has a direct mobile number that customers can get in touch.
  4. Please ensure you give the following information during all your communications:
    1. Booking Reference (e.g. 012345/12345)
    2. Name and Surname of the person who made the booking (e.g. András Szabó)
    3. Postcode (e.g. SE10 0BB)
    4. Event Details (e.g. Cliff Richard, Wembley, 12 November)
    5. Your contact Telephone Numbers (e.g. +36213110056)
  5. The best way to contact customer services and perhaps request a call back is by emailing the official email info@londonticketsexpress.com – We usually reply to all emails within 24 hours but please allow up to 72 hours during peak periods.
  6. If you have an existing booking for an event taking place within 3 days then you can escalate your communication by emailing manager@londonticketsexpress.com – We usually reply to escalated emails within a few hours. Please note that one should only use this escalated email contact only if the event is taking place within 3 days (e.g. on Wednesday if the concert is on Friday). If one’s booking does not meet that criteria then one’s email should be directed to the official customer services email and will not be dealt with as escalated.
  7. It is worth bearing in mind that all our tickets are despatched using a guaranteed courier delivery service (e.g. UK = Royal Mail Special Delivery) and that no tickets are ever despatched unless a dedicated consultant gets in touch first to arrange the courier delivery. Delivery timescales vary depending on countries, venues or events and are totally outside our control but the expected delivery time is usually 3 days before the event at the very latest.
    Here are some examples of delivery timeframes:
    Events at the Budapest Arena - usually next day of booking
    Events at the Bercy Palais Omnisport, Paris – usually within 7 days of booking
    Events at the MEN Arena, Manchester - usually 2 weeks before the show
    Events at the O2 Arena, London – usually the day before the show
